CBs Are Working Hard to Meet the IAF MD Deadline

IAF CertSearch was created by IAF so businesses and regulators can efficiently verify which suppliers (and supplier locations) hold valid accredited certifications across their global supply chains. The requirements in IAF MD 28, ‘IAF Mandatory Document for the Upload and Maintenance of Data on IAF Database’, become mandatory on 26 October 2024.

IAF MLA Expands to Ten New Certification Schemes

In 2023, IAF has seen rapid growth in the IAF Multilateral Recognition Arrangement (MLA), with IAF Members endorsing ten new certification schemes as IAF MLA sub-scopes. These endorsements, which nearly double the number of sub-scopes in the IAF MLA, will enable mutual recognition of certificates issued by accredited certification bodies within each scheme.
