ARAC Holds its 11th General Assembly

The 11th General Assembly of the Arab Accreditation Cooperation (ARAC) was held in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, marking an important milestone for the organization. The assembly witnessed the election of a new President, Dr. Adel Alkeaid, and his deputy, Engineer Lana Marashdeh. Additionally, new chairpersons were elected for various committees, including the Capacity Development Committee, Marketing and Communication Committee, Technical Committee, and the ARAC Mutual Recognition Arrangement (MLA) Group.

The General Assembly provided a platform for stakeholders to come together and discuss matters related to quality and accreditation. A workshop was organized, with participation from governmental bodies and the private sector, where speakers shared their experiences and insights in the field of quality and accreditation. This served as a valuable opportunity for knowledge exchange and collaboration among participants.
